M:Yes,it was.The man on the motorbike tried to overtake the car in front of him,but there was a truck coming from the opposite direction. Before he realized it,he was hit by the truck and was seriously hurt. The truck driver was just shocked.
W:What did you do when you saw the accident?
M:I did nothing.I was too afraid because there was much blood.Luckily a man nearby saw this and called the ambulance, and the man was sent to hospital.
W:Well, you should be careful when riding a motorbike,or you’d better buy a car.
M:Well,at the thought of what I have seen,I feel terrible.
W:Try to forget it.Erase it from your memory.

Text 10
Old people have worked hard all their life and should be shown appreciation and kindness. This idea of appreciating the elderly stayed in my head and I decided it was time to step up an organization to help them. So,in 2013,two years after I entered Orange High School,I founded an organization called Love for the Elderly.
My interest in writing led me to create the organization, where people from all across the globe send letters filled with kindness and joy.I then send these letters to senior centers, nursing homes, and retirement communities located all across the country.Up to now,I have collected over 1,000 letters, and the response I have received from these places has been truly unforgettable.
This past month,I had the opportunity to receive $100 as the prize I won in a contest. This money has been of great help for my organization. We don’t get much money from the government or other organizations,so this money helped to pay for many costs.Next,I plan to set up a food bank for old people in my city.
